FAULTY PRODUCT

If you receive a magazine that is damaged or faulty please contact Cosmos within 30 days to arrange a replacement of that issue.

SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

If at any time you wish to cancel a subscription to Cosmos Magzine, your refund will be for the unused portion of that subscription based on the remaining proportional amount of your subscription. Please call us at +61 2 9829 0407 or send us an email subscribe@cosmosmedia.com and explain that you would like to cancel your subscription.

A $15 administration fee applies. We will calculate the amount due to you and issue a refund.

We will extend your subscription pro-rata if we are at fault in failing to deliver you an issue of the print magazine. For subscriptions arising out of the transfer of a subscription held in an alternative publication, no refund is available, if the transferred subscription is cancelled before the end of its term. Gifts offered with subscriptions are not refundable for cash.
